THE FINE PRINT
To qualify for the ACS Professional Staffing Bonus Program your referral(s) must be new and cannot have previously worked for or engaged with ACS Professional Staffing. Your referral(s) must be hired by ACS Professional Staffing or placed at a client by ACS Professional Staffing within 1 year of the referral and work a minimum of 90 calendar days to receive your referral bonus. Referral bonuses will be paid one time per referral. Each referral is subject to a one-time payment, and the referred candidate may not be referred again.
For employees that have worked for ACS Professional Staffing within the calendar year, payment for the referral bonus will be paid on the following payroll cycle after the referral bonus is earned. For non-employees, payment for the referral will be paid within 30 days after the referral bonus is earned. For non-employees, payment will be made via an accounts payable check and a 1099-MISC will be sent at the end of the year for all referral payments received in the year.
This program excludes any ACS Professional Staffing employee whose work responsibilities include recruitment, hiring, or selection of new employee’s referral requests. Use of the ACS Professional Staffing Referral Bonus Program must be done on your own time and not as a part of your regular work duties. This program is strictly voluntary, and there is no obligation to participate or refer any candidate to the referral program. Referral program may be canceled at any time.
