Do you know a professional who might be a good fit for ACS Professional Staffing or one of our clients? Send them our way, and we’ll pay you a $500 referral bonus after your referral is hired and works the required 90 days!

$500: Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire, and/or ACS Internal Roles

REQUIREMENTS

The ACS Professional Staffing Referral Bonus Program is effective February 21, 2024.
The person referred must be hired by ACS Professional Staffing, or placed at a client by ACS Professional Staffing, and work a minimum of 90 calendar days to receive your referral bonus.
Both active ACS Professional Staffing employees and non-employees can participate in our bonus program.
Unlimited referrals are allowed, with a limit of 10 referrals per day per person.

REFERRAL AMBASSADOR CONDUCT & REPRESENTATION

By participating in this program, you agree to the following:

You are participating as an independent referral partner only. You are not an employee, recruiter, agent, spokesperson, or authorized representative of ACS Professional Staffing, and you may not state or imply otherwise.
You may not describe yourself, in any post, profile, message, or outreach, using titles or wording that suggest you work for, recruit for, or speak on behalf of ACS (for example, “Head of Sales,” “Recruiter,” “Hiring Manager,” or similar).
When you share an opening, you must make clear that you are sharing it as a referral partner and not on behalf of ACS.
You may not contact, screen, negotiate with, or make representations to candidates, applicants, or clients as though you represent ACS.

CONTENT & BRAND USE

Only share ACS’s official, approved job links and materials. Do not create your own job postings, listings, flyers, or graphics that use ACS’s name, logo, or brand.
Do not use ACS’s name, logo, trademarks, or any client’s name in any post or material without prior written permission from ACS.
All referral content must be accurate and must not be misleading. Do not fabricate, alter, or auto-generate job listings, role details, application deadlines, or company information.
Automated, mass-produced, or AI-generated content that misrepresents ACS, its roles, or your relationship with ACS is prohibited.

THE FINE PRINT

To qualify for the ACS Professional Staffing Referral Bonus Program, your referral(s) must be new and cannot already be in our candidate database.
Your referral(s) must be hired by ACS Professional Staffing, or placed at a client by ACS Professional Staffing, within 1 year of the referral, and work a minimum of 90 calendar days to receive your referral bonus.
The 90 days start counting one week after the referral’s first day at the job.
Each referral is eligible for a one-time bonus payment, and the referred candidate may not be referred again.
For employees who have worked for ACS Professional Staffing within the calendar year, payment for the referral bonus will be paid on the following payroll cycle after the referral bonus is earned.
For non-employees, payment for the referral will be paid within 30 days after the referral bonus is earned.
For non-employees, payment will be made via an accounts payable check, and a 1099-MISC will be sent at the end of the year for all referral payments received in the year.
Referrals submitted by third-party agencies are not eligible for the referral bonus.

DISQUALIFICATION & ENFORCEMENT

ACS Professional Staffing may remove any participant from the program at any time.
Misrepresenting your relationship with ACS, unauthorized use of ACS’s name, logo, or branding, fabricated or AI-generated listings, spam, or bot use will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending or unpaid bonuses.
If bot use is suspected in submitting referrals, the referrer will be immediately deactivated, and the referrals will be deemed ineligible.
Any referral suspected of being spam will be excluded from the program, and the ambassador will be notified of the ineligibility.
ACS Professional Staffing reserves the right to pursue any remedy available to it for trademark or brand misuse, misrepresentation, or other violation of these terms.
ACS Professional Staffing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this program at any time.
Participation in the program constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Referral bonus amounts, eligibility requirements, and payment terms are governed solely by these Terms & Conditions. ACS Professional Staffing will not be responsible for misunderstandings regarding bonus eligibility or payment amounts resulting from a participant’s failure to review the program terms.
If the referral platform or any other material shows a different bonus amount, the amount in these Terms & Conditions applies.
